Our Mission

Our mission is to help people get their maximum tax refunds in a convenient, transparent and timely manner, hassle-free. Our user-friendly Taxfix App enables people to file within 25 minutes, without any prior tax knowledge or complicated forms. 

Our talented team creates products that help people improve and simplify their lives. Our diverse group of over 80 people come from over 20 nations, with a shared passion for product development and creating an outstanding user experience. Role

You will work within the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team. Our mission is to bring the best talent to Taxfix and create a strong employer brand. To help us drive this mission you will:

  • Plan, deliver, and publish social media content to keep our relevant key talent groups engaged.

  • Support to drive, keep track, and own our blog strategy.

  • Research, contact, and close conferences and partnership opportunities to get in touch and network with the best talent.

  • Partner up with our Employer Branding Manager to deliver parts of the employer branding strategy.

  • Support in organising events and hosting meetups.

  • Take the lead in hiring and screening your fellow interns.

 

We're a fit if you bring

  • Experience in managing, producing, and measuring the impact of organic social media content.

  • First experience working with CRM systems (Intercom, Mailchimp, etc.)

  • Networking and organising skills, ideally you have been hosting events in the past

  • Entrepreneurial drive to take full ownership and ready to go the extra mile

  • English on a native level - that would be super nice to have!
