Your challenge:  

 

As our Affiliate Manager within the Performance Marketing team, you will own and drive user growth strategy through various direct affiliates and programs. Reporting to our Performance Marketing Lead and working closely with other marketing managers, country managers, and creative designers, you will have the opportunity to promote meaningful tax solutions through effective affiliate marketing, build relationships between our affiliate partners, and help achieve our ambitious growth targets across multiple markets.



Your responsibilities: 

  • Manage, optimize and nurture a sustainable and growing affiliate program
  • Improve the ad-tech infrastructure to fit marketing needs
  • Understand the industry and mechanics of attribution, navigate affiliate activities
  • Develop direct partner relationships with relevant affiliate partners
  • Structure evaluation for affiliate activities with different dashboards in order to communicate value across the marketing team and beyond
  • Feed growth strategy on country level with affiliate activities
  • Communicate and share learnings across different countries


Your profile: 

  • You gained experience (2+ years) in the digital space, working with various publisher business models
  • Throughout your career you learned how to structure ad-tech for improved media execution
  • You gained knowledge about attribution models and know how to interpret them
  • You feel comfortable planning various media sources with a well defined goal and executing these plans
  • You are able to negotiate sustainable deals with various partners, operating on different remuneration models
  • You identify new and relevant publishers systematically
  • Data analysis is the base of your action plan, you know how to structure and evaluate it
  • As all marketing functions only play together - you are a team player
