Your challenge:

We’re looking for a superstar Junior Content Localisation Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for helping to get new markets launch-ready. You will also play a critical role in managing content projects in the expansion team.

Working within the New Markets expansion team you will report to the Head of Marketing.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure localisation projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify content requirements and cascade them to the content agency.
  • Coordinate status updates across our markets.
  • Prepare content for translation via a Translation Management System (TMS).
  • Liaise with our translation agency.
  • Set up content and social media tools for new markets.
  • Cascade social media ‘brand content’ to local markets.
  • Conduct cross-market data analyses to identify opportunities for content improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain localisation toolkits, including documentation of key processes, best practices etc.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product, Design and Marketing teams.

 

Your profile:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive nature with a ‘get-it-done attitude’
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent collaboration skills are needed to build and maintain relationships across teams and markets
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to maintain clear documentation and process guidelines
