Definition

The saver’s allowance is a tax-free amount that allows you to save taxes on your investment income. The saver’s allowance applies to all income from capital gains.

Investment income below 801 Euros (for singles) or 1,602 Euros (for married couples or civil partnerships) won’t be taxed – only sums that exceed will be taxed. To take advantage of this allowance, each person should fill out a form with their bank.
