- The user is entitled to revoke both the user contract and the service contract without reason within 14 days. In the case of the user contract (§3) the revocation period is 14 days starting on the day the user downloads and installs the Taxfix App and in the case of the service contract 14 days starting on the day the user makes use of the Taxfix App’s fee-based services. The right of revocation expires if the user agrees to it and explicitly requests that Taxfix begins rendering the service before the revocation period has ended and performs the contract.
- To exercise their right of cancellation the user must notify us (Taxfix SE, Köpenicker Str. 122, 10179 Berlin, email:[email protected]) of their intent to cancel the contractby means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter or an email). The user may use the template in subsection 5. for this, use of the template is, however, optional.
- The revocation period is observed if the notice of revocation pursuant to subsection 2. is sent off prior to expiration of the revocation period.
- Consequences of the revocation: If the user revokes a service contract, Taxfix will immediately refund all payments made by the user, including any possible delivery costs, at the latest within 14 days from the day the notice of revocation was received by Taxfix. The refund will be credited via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless explicitly otherwise agreed. No charge applies to the refund. If the user requested that rendering of the service begins before the revocation period has ended, they must pay Taxfix a reasonable amount in view of the proportion of services that were rendered up until receipt of the revocation notice as compared to the total extent of services under the contract. If the user revokes the user contract they are obliged to uninstall and delete the Taxfix App from their mobile device.
