Eva Glanzer joins Taxfix as Chief People Officer

  • Eva Glanzer joins the team coming from N26.
  • At Taxfix, Glanzer will be responsible for further scaling the team.
  • Glanzer will report to Taxfix CEO, Martin Ott, in her role as Chief People Officer (CPeO).

Berlin, May 4, 2022: Taxfix, Europe’s leading mobile tax app, has appointed Eva Glanzer to the new position of Chief People Officer. Glanzer joins the teamv with 15 years of experience in People Operations and most recently held the role of Interim Chief People Officer at N26. At Taxfix, her immediate responsibilities include People Development, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Operations.

Prior to her time at N26, Glanzer held the position of CPeO at GetYourGuide, where she was responsible for employer branding and corporate culture, and successfully scaled the organization from 70 to over 700 employees.

Taxfix employs over 500 people from more than 45 nations and hired over 100 new team members in the first quarter of 2022 alone. By the end of the year, the company aims to grow to over 600 employees. At the end of April, Taxfix announced a new financing round of 220 million dollars. With the fresh capital, Taxfix is working on developing additional services as well as entering new markets in Europe and beyond.
